Just a FYI that another exam writer had some technical issues due to lack of IT administration privileges. My take home message from the message is to use your own computer, not a work computer that often has IT restrictions on software.

I just spoke to the CDE regarding the above technical issue. According to them the specific browser link can only be provided by the proctor at the time of the exam as it is updated on a daily basis. No attempts to download prior to the exam should be made. Technical difficulties occur when the candidate does not have administrtaive right on the computer being used such as work computers.
