Upon reading my emails from the CDE it says we are allowed to use the online calculator on our computer. Is this new to this year? as many (and you) have said we are not allowed to use calculators, but I am hoping with all my heart this is true as it is one less thing to have to worry about for the exam.

Hello Nicole, I believe another student did say that is true. You can use the TOPHAT calculator.
